Here at Treehouse World, Inc., our highest priority is protecting the health and safety of anyone who enters our facility.
Treehouse World is reopening and we are ready to welcome you back, with noticable changes that are all designed to protect the health well-being of everyone.
Frequent Cleaning and Disinfecting
Following the latest guidance from the CDC using EPA-registered disinfectants, frequent cleaning and disinfecting protocols will be adhered to. Particularly the high-touch surfaces such as faucets, toilets, door handles, kiosks, etc. Areas of the facility may have brief distruptions due to closure for cleaning.
Retraining Our Staff
Our staff has been trained on the latest cleaning protocols provided by the CDC and will focus on continual sanitizing of all high-touch surfaces and adventure equipment. Additional staff will be posted to ensure all protocols are followed to the highest level.
Clear directional signage is found throughout our facility to direct flow of traffic to ensure Social Distancing is followed. This includes single entry/exit points. Online ticketing purchases, online waiver signing and reduced guests at adventure attractions.
Hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout the high traffic areas of the park. We also recommend you bring your own.
As ordered by the State of Pennsylvania all staff members will be wearing masks. Visitors are recommend but not required to wear a mask while outside. Upon entering the building, guests 2 years and older will be required to wear masks to enter. .
All staff will be temperature-checked prior to entering the facility. Anyone exhibiting a fever or signs of illness will not be permitted to enter.
To reduce the lines due to social distancing, we require you to purchase your tickets prior to your visit. Walk-in guests will not be permitted for the 2020 season. Season Pass holders are required to reserve as well using the PROMO code emailed to you.
Special hours will be announced for members and selected groups including evening power hours.
To protect your health and safety, we may not able to immediately reopen some areas or some brief closures may occur, without notice, for cleaning or social distancing purposes. As soon as we are confident closed areas can be safely open, we will.
