Adventure Staff
Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Hosting birthday parties and group events. Including setup and cleanup
- Operating a point of sale system at guest services
- Ability to be trained in all aspect of guest activities including ziplines, rock climbing, bungy trampoline, harnessing, party host, park guest services and more
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
- Assist guests, in a positive, friendly and helpful attitude, by providing information, assisting with special requests and answering questions
- Grounds keeping duties, including mulching, leaf blowing, trail maintenance, etc.
- Assisting in other areas as needed and directed
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication/customer service skills
- Must be able to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
Support Staff
Not 16 yet but want to get your foot in the door? We hire ages 14 and up for our support staff. Duties Include:
- Hosting Birthday Parties
- Harnessing
- Assisting at the attractions
- Grounds Keeping
Summer Camp Councelors
Camp Treehouse at Treehouse World operates 10 weeks beginning June through August for children ages 4-12. This is an excellent job for teachers and college students who are interested in the teaching field. We give campers a unique program that incorporates recreation, adventure, creativity and fun!
- Counselor – Age 18+
• Have experience in the education field, preference will be given to applicants studying for a degree in Education. Hands-on experience with working with all age children is a plus. Applicant must be energetic, creative, willing to learn. Two letters of reference are required for consideration.
*All counselors will be trained in Treehouse World Adventure Activities
Requirements:
• Must be a graduating HS Senior or older
• Previous experience with children a must
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, exhibit patience, and be able to interact with different types of people
• CPR/First Aid a plus
• Criminal background check, FBI fingerprints, and Child Abuse Clearances
Essentials Functions:
Provide a safe and healthy environment to ensure the operation of a quality Summer Camp program. Ensures children are aware of the rules, and daily scheduled activities. Assist in the planning and implementing of the activities. Assume equal share of the regular housekeeping chores such as cleaning, preparing for daily activities and cleaning up after projects. Maintain positive relationships with campers, parents and staff.
