Due to the popularity of our Treehouse World Adventure Parties, we experience a large number of calls with questions about Birthday Parties. In an effort to provide the best Customer Service possible, we have provided you with the most frequently asked questions and answers.
We always recommend that you book your party at least 2-3 months in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to secure the date and time of your choice for the party packages. Unfortunately, we cannot pencil anyone in.
During *peak months of the year, we book up rather quickly and reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.
*Peak Months: March – June; September – November
Yes, anyone participating in the adventure activities is counted towards the 11.
Yes, we allow one parent/guardian per participating child. Anyone above there is a $10.00 non-participating guest charge.
Please remember that parents/guardian guests are not included in the party celebration. If you wish to add additional pizza's for these guests please ask our reservations. You may also bring any outside food or drinks. Our hosts are not responsible for serving parents/guardians.
Yes, Digital Waivers must be signed by all guests prior to arrival. You will receive a waiver in your confirmation email specifically tagged to your party and guests. Guests with unsigned waivers cannot participate. We cannot hold party start times for unsigned waivers.
The allotted time for celebration in the party room is the last 45 minutes of your scheduled 2 hours. Additional time may be purchased, if the room is available, prior to or following your celebration period. Click here for party room rental information. Due to the popularity of our parties, we cannot guarantee to always have extra time available.
Yes, you can bring in your own decorations for your party, however, we do not suggest elaborate decorations. Room will be decorated by our staff only and includes table covers, balloons and festive tableware. We do not permit anything to be hung on the walls or from the ceiling.
The following items are not permitted: Glitter, Pinatas, Confetti, Sparklers, Sparkler Candles, Animals, Tinsel, and Silly String, Sterno Cans.
Yes, you may bring any outside food, however, sterno cans are not permitted. Please also keep in mind that the treehouse is reserved for 45 minutes only.
Outside food is not served by our hosts.
At time we do not. However we have many great items in our merchandise area that you can ask our reservations about. You are responsible for handing out Goodie Bags to your party participants.
Yes! Generic birthday themed plates, cups, napkins and table coverings are provide as well as utensils. Paper products and utensils are not provided for parents/guardians.
Feel free to bring a Birthday Cake, cupcakes or cookies, candles, presents, and of course the birthday child!
You may not enter the park until 10 minutes prior to your reserved party time. Please follow the signs to the second entrance of the main building to check-in.
Gratuity is not included and can be provided directly to your host or at checkout per your discretion.
If you or a guest arrives late for a party it will continue as scheduled. We will not start the party without the party child and party parent present, however, we will need to shorten several party features depending on how late the event has started. If a guest arrives late, they can proceed to the party check-in desk and we will direct the guest where to meet the party.
Yes, we do need you to confirm. We will contact you 24-48 hours prior to your event. At that time, your final guest count, pizza order, and party extras. All party changes must be placed by 12 noon the day prior to your party. No additional guests can be added after your booking and deposit has been secured.
Due to popularity, please give us the maximum number of participating children you expect to attend when booking. We cannot add additional guest beyond the number booked for. You will only be charged for the number of guests that attend on the day of the event above the package of 11.

All participants and/or parents or guardians on Treehouse World property will furthermore be called “guest(s)”.
Guest(s) understand that Treehouse World is primarily an outdoor “rain or shine” facility and the outdoor activities are held in variable weather conditions. Please plan and prepare accordingly by wearing appropriate outdoor gear including but not limited to durable, close toed and close heeled shoes. Apart from thunder, lightning or wind related closures; all daily programming will go on rain or shine. In the event of thunder, lightning or high winds in the vicinity, all outdoor areas will be temporarily closed, and guest(s) will be asked to move into our Clubhouse or their vehicles until it is safe to continue.
If guest(s) chooses to cancel event, 24 hours prior to the event, deposit will be refunded in the form of gift card that can be used anywhere within Treehouse World. Less than 24 hours prior guest forfeits deposit. If Treehouse World cancels your reservation for any reason, you will be issued a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather once a party is underway.
We love it here! We’ve been here twice, the most recent time being today for my son’s birthday party! It was such a great place for a party. In my opinion, the prices were extremely reasonable and the guy in charge of our party was AMAZING! He was so attentive to everything we needed and went above and beyond. Thank you for making my son’s birthday such a great experience.
We hosted a birthday party here at Treehouse world for my 10 year old and several of her friends. The facility is really awesome and everyone enjoyed how unique this place is. They have axe throwing, cool treehouses to explore, rope suspension bridges and zip lines. There are treehouse bungalow type places for birthday parties and all the kids are guaranteed to have fun.
This place is great! There’s a train treehouse, a pirate ship even one shaped like a cake. We visited for a birthday party and everything was well organized. It was cool to have our lunch in a treehouse too. Lots of fun watching kids flip around on the bungee trampolines.
Came here many times for birthday parties. An ideal place for age 5 and above to have fun with friends and families. This place is very organized and all the employees are friendly and easy to work with.
Due to high demand, please remember to book the number of participating children you expect to attend. We are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond the number you have reserved at the time of your deposit. You will only be charged for the number of guests attending on the event day that exceeds the package limit of 11.
