Chaperones are welcome to accompany groups and are free of charge for a ratio of 1 Chaperone to 6 participants*. Accompanying adults above this ratio are charged $10.00 per person for non-participating guest.
Qualifying Group Size and Deposit:
Please contact us for group on hosting your groups of 35 or more participants. We host groups on weekdays only in the spring/summer. No weekend group pricing is available. Call for Fall/Winter availability.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to complete the booking of your event. Group(s) needing to send a deposit via check will have 10 days to submit or the booking will be considered cancelled.
Cancellation Policy:
Group(s) understand that Treehouse World is primarily an outdoor “rain or shine” facility and the outdoor activities are held in variable weather conditions. Please plan and prepare accordingly by wearing appropriate outdoor gear including but not limited to durable, close toed and close heeled shoes. Apart from thunder, lightning or wind related closures; all daily programming will go on rain or shine. In the event of thunder, lightning or high winds in the vicinity, all outdoor areas will be temporarily closed, and guests will be asked to move into our Clubhouse.
If a group wishes to cancel their event, and it is more than 24 hours prior to that event, a store credit in the amount of the deposit will be issued (less a $75 administrative fee) and may be used for up to 2 years from date of issuance for any activity at Treehouse World but will not be refunded. If the group cancels an event less than 24 hours prior to the event, they will forfeit their entire deposit.
Group(s) who wish to reschedule an event, and it is more than 24 hours prior to that event, may do so without any forfeiture of deposit or charge of administration fee. Group(s) who wish to reschedule an event, and it less than 24 hours prior to the event, a $75 administrative fee will be charged and balance of deposit will be issued as store credit for use up to 2 years from date of issuance.
In the event that Treehouse World must cancel your group event for any reason, group will be notified as soon as possible to reschedule the event or issue a full refund if necessary.
