Treehouse Birthday Party FAQs
Due to the popularity our Treehouse World Adventure Parties, we experience a large number of calls with questions about Birthday Parties. In an effort to provide the best Customer Service possible, we have provided you with the most frequently asked questions and answers.
Should I book in advance for a party?
We always recommend that you book your party as far in advance as possible. A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to secure the date and time of your choice for the party packages. Unfortunately, we cannot pencil anyone in. During certain months of the year, we book up rather quickly and reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.
Does the 10 party guests include the birthday child?
Yes, anyone participating in the adventure activities is counted towards the 10.
Can party guests bring a parent or guardian?
Yes, we allow one parent/guardian per participating child. Anyone above there is a $5.00 non-participating guest charge.
Do I need signed waivers from my party guests?
Yes, Digital Waivers must be signed by all guests prior to arrival. You will receive a waiver in your confirmation email specifically tagged to your party and guests. Guests with unsigned waivers cannot participate. We cannot hold party start times for unsigned waivers.
How long do I have a party room for my celebration?
The allotted time for celebration in the party room is the last 30 minutes of your scheduled 2 hours. Additional time may be purchased, if the room is available, prior to or following your celebration period. Click here for party room rental information
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, you can bring in your own decorations for your party, however, we do not suggest elaborate decorations. Room will be decorated by our staff only and includes table covers, balloons and festive tableware. We do not permit anything to be hung on the walls or from the ceiling. The following items are not permitted: Glitter, Pinatas, Confetti, Sparklers, Sparkler Candles, Animals, Tinsel, and Silly String.
Do I need to call back to confirm my final party count?
No, we will contact you 24-48 hours prior to your event. At that time, your final guest count, pizza order, and party extras. All party changes must be placed by 12Noon the day prior to your party. A blank guest list will be sent with your booking and must be provided to us completed 24 hours prior to your party. No additional guests can be added after final confirmation.
If I confirm for more children will my party be moved to a larger party area?
All of our party package areas accommodate a specific number of guests. If you are planning on having more than 20 guests attend, please notify us when you are booking your party so that we can assist you accordingly. We will not be able to move the party if additional children show up beyond the confirmed numbers.
What if I am late?
If you or a guest arrives late for a party it will continue as scheduled. We will not start the party without the party child and party parent present, however, we will need to shorten several party features depending on how late the event has started. If a guest arrives late, they can proceed to the party check-in desk and we will direct the guest where to meet the party.
What do I need to bring?
Feel free to bring a Birthday Cake, cupcakes or cookies, candles, presents, and of course the birthday child!
How do I check-in for my Treehouse Birthday Party?
You may not enter the park until 10 minutes prior to your reserved party time. Please follow the signs to the second entrance of the main building to check-in.
Is Gratuity included in a birthday party or should I tip the party host?
Gratuity is not included and can be provided directly to your host or at checkout per your discretion.
What is our cancellation policy?
All participants and/or parents or guardians on Treehouse World property will furthermore be called “guest(s)”.
Guest(s) understand that Treehouse World is primarily an outdoor “rain or shine” facility and the outdoor activities are held in variable weather conditions. Please plan and prepare accordingly by wearing appropriate outdoor gear including but not limited to durable, close toed and close heeled shoes. Apart from thunder, lightning or wind related closures; all daily programming will go on rain or shine. In the event of thunder, lightning or high winds in the vicinity, all outdoor areas will be temporarily closed, and guest(s) will be asked to move into our Clubhouse.
If guest(s) chooses to cancel event, deposit will be valid as store credit for up to 1 year. If Treehouse World cancels your reservation for any reason, you will be issued a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather once a party is underway.
