The Treehouse World train exhibit is a delightful fusion of adventure and whimsy, designed to captivate the imagination of visitors, young and old. Since its inauguration in 2016, this unique exhibit invites guests to explore six interconnected train cars, each with its distinct character and charm. The journey begins at the Engine, where the spirit of exploration is ignited, and continues through the Coal Tender, Water Tanker, Box Car, Lumber Car, and finally, the Caboose. Along the way, visitors can enjoy interactive features such as the thrilling steam whistle and the sliding box car door. The train cars are ingeniously perched above ground and positioned on tracks that incline at a subtle 3-degree angle over a 75-foot stretch, adding a touch of adventure akin to "The Little Train That Could." For easy access, adventurers can choose from three entrances: a dual ladder at the caboose, a spiral staircase near the lumber and box cars, or a bridge leading to the oak leaf tree platform. This enchanting journey offers a perfect blend of nostalgia and novelty, making it a must-visit attraction for those seeking a unique outdoor experience.
